FOUNDERS

Co-Founders of Digital School.

Co-Founder

Arjeta Aliu

Arjeta Aliu is the Co-Founder and CEO of Digital School Macedonia, with a career built at the intersection of education, management, and people development.

She holds a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje and is a biochemical engineer. She brings over 25 years of experience in formal education and more than 20 years in non-formal education. Since 2004, she has been actively involved in leading private education and non-formal learning institutions.

At Digital School Macedonia, Arjeta leads with the belief that education should not merely prepare young people for the future-it should give them the courage and skills to create it.

Co-Founder

Azir Aliu

Azir Aliu is a university professor and holds a PhD in Computer Science. He is the Co-Founder and CTO of Digital School Macedonia, responsible for the academy’s curricula, innovation, and technological direction.

With extensive experience in higher education, scientific research, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation, he is also a startup mentor and the creator of innovative programs and national-level strategies. He is certified in Digital Transformation by MIT Professional Education, USA.

At Digital School Macedonia, he leads program development with a clear vision: children should grow not only as users of technology, but as its creators—capable of thinking, experimenting, and building what does not yet exist.
